Our head trainer is Michael Beale, the founder and director of PPI Business NLP. Michael is a certified and accredited NLP Trainer and coach. He received his own training and accreditation directly from Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the founders of NLP.
Drawing on over 10 years experience of applying NLP in his business and personal life, Michael has expertise in sales, negotiations, strategy and business/personal coaching.

Small is beautiful. We understand that some people like a guest speaker to address hundreds of their employees. But this is not what will
work best for you. We develop personal and professional success in individuals. This takes a very personal approach to NLP training and coaching.
We have a maximum of 8 attendees in each seminar. The size of the seminar makes
your individual tuition very special. A vital part of our training is engaging in discussion after an intervention, in order to ask and answer questions to thoroughly interrogate the learning experience. Small groups promote a positive learning environment and our previous delegates confirm that it is much easier to integrate the techniques learned at a more personal seminar. Modular approach
Our modular approach gives you two main benefits. You can take one course at a time, and prove to yourself the benefit of each course before committing to another. And between modules you can integrate and start applying what you learned, which will accelerate your learning now and in the future.
Our Guarantee
NLP training requires an investment of time and money. If you are not completely happy for any reason, we will refund you 80% of the costs of the course. This refund is offered provided that the 2 simple conditions below are met:
1) We've received full payment at least 7 days before the module started.
2) You inform us in writing within 7 days.
