We are aware your training requires an investment of time and money. If you are not completely happy with your training for any reason, we will refund you 80% of the costs of the course module. This refund is offered provided that the 2 simple conditions below are met:
1) We've received full payment at least 7 days before the module started.
2) You inform us in writing within 7 days.

Terms
You can substitute attendees or where further
dates are confirmed rearrange dates up to 14 days before a course or
module, however we charge:
1) A 20% handling charge if you rearrange dates within 14 days of a course or
module
2) A 20% handling charge if you cancel once booked and confirmed,
